It is also an integrated circuit design enterprise certified by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and within the national planning layout. I-core is headquartered in Wuxi National Integrated Circuit Design Center. It has south China branches in Shenzhen, and has R&D centers in Shunde and Hefei.
