Wuhan P&S Information Technology Co., Ltd. ( Abbr. P&S ) was founded in August 2001, located in the core area of Wuhan East Lake High-tech Development Zone, one of Chinese National High-tech Industrial Development Zones. In February 2011, the company was listed on the Growth Enterprise Market of Shenzhen Stock Exchange (Stock Code: 300184), and it was the first A-share listed company in local Chinese electronic components distribution industry. Subsequently, from 2013 to 2017, around the upstream and downstream of the industrial chain, the company successively wholly acquired Shenzhen DXY Technology(mainly distributing domestic chips and providing solutions), Nanjing Feiteng(R&D, producing and marketing modules of power industry) and Wuhan Powertek Electronics(mainly distributing Japanese high-end chips), which were outstanding companies in the same industry too. In 2014 and 2019, the company respectively bought shares in "Ickey"--an e-commerce platform of IC distribution industry, and Shanghai Huwen--a voice AI chip company. For more than 20 years, P&S has been expanding and developing around the upstream and downstream of the electronic components industry. The company's professional e-commerce platform "www.icbase.com" provides one-stop service for customers to order online, now with about 120,000 registered customers. The professional anti-static warehouse covering 11,000 square meters and the public bonded warehouse covering 10,000 square meters P&S built up in Wuhan are one of the largest electronic components warehouses within China; P&S also works closely with SF Express, EMS, FedEx and other expresses. In 2023, P&S co-founded a SiC Application Joint Laboratory with Onsemi, the original upstream chip manufacturer. The laboratory relies on Onsemi’s strong R&D capabilities for SiC power devices and the company’s rich experience in the application of power devices and chip industry, focusing on the application and testing of SiC power devices and other application solutions and products. The company's wholly-owned subsidiary Nanjing Feiteng established a testing laboratory for full performance with an area of more than 1,000 square meters; there are more than 100 sets of test equipment for environmental test, electromagnetic compatibility test, reliability test, mechanical performance test, etc., which can meet the testing requirements of various product types.
